VOLUNTEER

VOLUNTEER OPTIONS

Partners for World Health is a GREAT place to volunteer and we welcome you to join us!

We offer volunteer opportunities for everyone aged 10 - 110!

individuals  |  college groups  |  work groups

high school groups  |  special needs groups  |  family groups

and more!

The primary work our volunteers do is to process medical supplies.

Some of the tasks involved are:

  • Macrosorting - opening bags and boxes and sorting the items into general category bins

  • Microsorting - further sorting general category bins into bins of similar items

  • Counting, bagging and labeling similar items

  • Transferring like liquids to create full containers

  • Creating “kits” of supplies (respiratory kits, surgical kits, etc.)

  • Packing, sealing and labeling boxes for shipment

There is always at least one trained lead volunteer available to provide orientation, instruction and guidance to volunteers.

There are numerous other jobs volunteers can help with, many of which you can find listed on the Volunteer Application.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
